Upon empanelment, we meet with key stakeholders and the senior management of the client to gain a better understanding of the organization's history, culture, and operating structure.

We prepare a position specification document based on a structured client briefing, which outlines the job profile, required experience, background, personal traits, and provides clarity to us and the client. We agree on the search strategy and timelines.

Search/Identification of Suitable Candidates
Based on our agreed search criteria and strategy, we identify an extensive list of target companies. We contact identified individuals to assess their potential fit with the position requirements and their interest in the position. We evaluate each candidate individually on merit and may evaluate them comparatively to the entire candidate pool.
