• Understanding The Organization

  Upon empanelment, we meet with key stakeholders and the senior management of the client to gain a better understanding of the organization's history, culture, and operating structure.

• Planning/Generating Position Specification

  We prepare a position specification document based on a structured client briefing, which outlines the job profile, required experience, background, personal traits, and provides clarity to us and the client. We agree on the search strategy and timelines.

• Search/Identification of Suitable Candidates

  Based on our agreed search criteria and strategy, we identify an extensive list of target companies. We contact identified individuals to assess their potential fit with the position requirements and their interest in the position. We evaluate each candidate individually on merit and may evaluate them comparatively to the entire candidate pool.

• Assessment, Evaluation, and Shortlist

  After screening, we develop an initial shortlist of candidates. We evaluate them against functional assessment criteria in terms of their skill sets, experience, and interest in the mandate.

• Recommendation Of Shortlisted Candidates To The Company

  We present candidate summary reports along with detailed resumes of the shortlisted candidates. We present our recommendation in order of preference based on our assessment.

• Interviews At Various Levels With The Company Officials

  We coordinate interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the client's representatives. Based on the feedback from the candidates and the client, we work with the client to draw up the final shortlist.

• Offer Negotiation With Selected Candidate(S)

  If required, we assist in preparing a competitive employment offer based on the client's compensation strategy and market realities. We can present the offer on behalf of the client and explain it to the selected candidate

• Follow Up With Hired Candidates For Pre & Post Employment Assistance

  Our team remains in touch with the hired candidate to provide pre- and post-employment assistance.
